Our SPA is inspired by the Nordic tradition while retaining all the warmth of Sicily. The Finnish sauna, with a temperature between 70 and 100°C and low humidity, is the ideal regenerating solution that relaxes the body to release tension, stimulating the respiratory system and blood circulation.

Turkish bath
Allow yourself to be enveloped in steam. The Turkish bath, unlike the sauna, is an extremely humid environment (around 99% humidity) with a temperature between 45 and 65°C. Entering this intimate oasis of steam and heat is ideal to prepare for the first sauna session of the day.

experience with hydromassage pool and cervical waterfall, Finnish sauna, Turkish
bath and relaxation area with herbal tea corner.
We will provide you all the necessary you need to relax: a soft bathrobe, towel and
slippers.
Ama Spa is open everyday from 2 pm until 8 pm, also for external guests, under
resevation
